HR Operations Specialist
Local Unit & Position Description
We are seeking a HR Operations Specialist with French for our HR Operations WSEE Team based in Gdynia, Poland.
The HR Operations WSEE Team is responsible for delivery of high quality day-to-day HR services to employees and managers within WSEE Region.
To succeed in that role, you will provide expertise in a broad variety of HR fields. As the Region provides services for over 10 countries, it guarantees the variety of tasks and possibilities to develop professionally and grow in a role. This position will also grant you the possibility to use French language while performing operational duties. In addition to your daily tasks, you will also actively support service development and continuous improvements of HR Office deliveries.
In your role you will:
- Manage contracts and documents according to local legal requirements and DNV requirements
- Manage Employee Data (validating and maintaining all relevant data according to the local legal regulations and DNV requirements)
- Coordinate organizational management in HR systems
- Administer chosen benefits
- Provide HR reporting and analytics: information and statutory reporting (preparation and delivery of legal, statutory and internal HR reports)
- Manage country specific data according to local rules and policies
- Participate in HR projects.
- Support colleagues within the team and across teams
- Propose continuous improvement of internal knowledge database
Position Qualifications
To maximize your chances, you need:
- HR Administration experience (minimum 3 years), preferably within Employee Lifecycle Events, Document Management and/or Employee Data Management will be advantage
- Previous work experience in Customer Service/BPO environment
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Fluent English – written and verbal
- Intermediate French language skills – written
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Some up to date knowledge of employment legislation in European countries would be an advantage
