At first, you need to be officialy nominated by your Erasmus+ Coordinator from sending institution.
All nominations should be sent to erasmus@sopocka.edu.pl
Deadlines for nominations (students’ mobilities):
The nomination must include the nominee’s name and surname, an e-mail address we can use to contact them, and student’s field of study.
Information about student’s special needs should also be included in the e-mail. We want to make sure that we will be able to fulfill all of them.
After receiving your nomination from sending institution, we will send you via e-mail all the necessary information about the application procedure.
What will be needed? Required documents are listed below:
To be send after signing the agreement: ID sized photo (for students’ ID card) and scan of passport (in case of students that need visa to Poland).
