The specialty of  Human Resources Management focuses on acquiring the knowledge and skills necessary for making operational and strategic decisions regarding human resources within an organization.

Participants in this specialization will learn about the most important issues related to personnel management, principles of human resource analysis, and IT tools supporting human resource management processes.

Purpose of the studies

The demand for human resource management specialists is constantly growing. HRM positions exist in many companies. A person in the position of HR Manager is responsible for the company’s HR policy, recruitment, development of current employees in the organization, building competency profiles and determining career paths. The purpose of the specialty is to impart knowledge and acquire skills in the field of team and project management, recruitment techniques, development of the organization’s personnel policy. HR Manager leads the team, deals with advising other managers on HR issues.
